State Law mandates that ALL Missouri Real Estate Agents provide a minimum amount of services like presenting all offers and counteroffers, assisting the client in negotiating and presenting offers, and answering all questions concerning offers, counteroffers, notices, and contingencies. Make sure your Agent does these mandates. |

Some Buyer's Agents don't like working with seller's without Agent Represnation because the Buyer's Agent has to do ALL the work of the Buyer AND Seller when it comes to making sure everything happens on time, and done properly.
