State Law mandates that ALL Missouri Real Estate Agents provide a minimum amount of services like presenting all offers and counteroffers, assisting the client in negotiating and presenting offers, and answering all questions concerning offers, counteroffers, notices, and contingencies. Make sure your Agent does these mandates. |
