Your agent might tell you to hold an open house...Or maybe you've heard of the "vast network" of agents you'll need to sell your home.  Well, let's be real-most modern homebuyers don't have time to visit open houses-and the "vast network" is a myth in today's interactive world.  Ferguson Realty of DFW knows listing on the DFW MLS is the best way to bring real, interested buyers to you.

 
The Ferguson Plan: Once you decide to have Ferguson Realty of DFW list your home on the MLS, and various other websites including Realtor.com, and STLToday.com, an experieneced agent will spend about an hour and a half with you at your home to complete the listing.  We do the listing at your home because we want to get to know you, and your home, and so that we can inform you on pricing an staging.  During the listing, you will also sign the Board of Realtor Documents stating that you are hiring Ferguson Realty as your listing agent, and you will also have to decide what commission you would like to pay a Buyer's Agent.  Your MLS listing will be LIVE and On-Line before we leave your house, and the $500 fee must be paid at this time via check, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover.  Once we get back to our offices, we will load all of your pictures (you provide or we take for $50) and record your talking sign.  You can expect to be live on the other websites within 48 Hours.  After that, we will show your house for you, answer any phone calls, and will always be here to answer any questions.  Once an offer comes in, we will present the offer to you, and give you some guidance on how to counter.  From there, we work with the closing company to bring your house to a close, so that all you need to do is pack your belongings, and show up to the closing office to sign the final documents and receive your check.  We provide full-service representation from start to finish.
 
We'll list your home on the DFW MLS, putting your home on countless sites such as Realtor.com and others you can't access on your own.

Ferguson Realty performs a complete on-site DFW MLS analysis and listing and your listing will be LIVE before we leave your house through our wire-less computers.  We also include a customized, 6-photo, Showcase listing on Realtor.com.

Also included in the flat fee is a custom ad in the Real Estate Book plus additional internet exposure on their website and their affiliates.

We'll show your house for you if you're not available and Ferguson Realty will answer your calls seven days a week between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Choose the buyer's agent commission and pay no additional commission-only our flat fee, plus 1/3%-if you sell your home without a buyer's agent.

Ferguson Realty will handle all negotiating and closing paperwork.
