Plus, the only way to get into Realtor.com, and other MLS Search Websites like ShowMeMLS.net, and other Real Estate Companies Websites is to have an MLS number.

Exclusive Right to Sell with Open Listing - With this type of property listing, you are able to benefit from being listed in the MLS, yet still sell your home as a For Sale By Owner and pay NO real estate commission if your buyer has not used a buyer's agent.

Realtor.com - The world's #1 home searching website, where we customize your "Showcase Home" with 6 (Maximum) Photos to promote the features that you feel are most marketable. We produce an oversized ad, which includes custom banner headlines, scrolling marquees, color, and large text. If you have or can make your own website, we will add your site to your ad on Realtor.com which will include your phone number.

Plus, you will be marketed to anyone moving into the area, or listing their home via a FSBO Site through websites that specialize in relocation or For Sale By Owner services.

STLToday.com - The DFW Post Dispatch ranks 4th in the country as most read newspaper by it's local citizens. We will put your house on their official website with 6 (Maximum) Photos alongside other Realtor and FSBO Listings until your home is SOLD. This Feature is worth over $100/week if you tried to do it your self. If you choose to host your own open houses, your dates and times will be listed in the "Open House" section of their webpage.

The Real Esate Book - Each listing will be featured in print at least once during the listing with 4 lines of text. These books can be found all over the DFW Area on street corners and in grocery stores in the yellow bird houses.

Listing Lasts Until SOLD - Our $500 Flat fee lasts until your house is SOLD. We list our clients in 6-month incriments, and if the listing expires, we will re-list you at NO COST. Also, if you choose to try something else, and decide to come back to Ferguson Realty, we will not charge you the Listing Fee again.
